Lauren Ivett

Lauren graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy). Lauren also holds a Bachelor of Science from Monash University, majoring in Human Physiology and Development.
Lauren has an interest in treating neck and back pain, headaches, chronic pain and sporting injuries; focusing on encouraging patients to take an active role in their health, while managing aggravating factors present in daily life. Lauren uses a wide range of Osteopathic techniques such as soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation and spinal joint manipulation. Lauren is also qualified in dry needling, using needles to compliment her osteopathic treatments.
Lauren’s interest in holistic health and wellbeing started at a young age. After sustaining numerous injuries during her gymnastics career, her interest in diagnosing and treating various conditions continued to grow, finding a new passion in osteopathy after retiring from competing in, and coaching elite sports.
